Vaccine Safety Bibliography

This bibliography lists articles that focus on issues and research related to vaccines, vaccinations, and immunization. References that primarily focus on the following issues are excluded: animals or animal research, HIV/AIDS vaccines, clinical studies if earlier than Phase III, and studies of vaccines/vaccination for non-immunization applications. The citations are for English-language articles from biomedical journals published in the United States and abroad. The bibliography was created by searching the National Library of Medicine's PubMed database.

A new feature added to the HTML version of the vaccine safety citations posted below (as of February 2001) is the inclusion of hyperlinks to the cited abstracts. Click on the article title to follow the link to the bibliographic source and review the accompanying text. In some cases the entire text of the article is available for free.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) provide the following information as a public service only and it does not constitute CDC or FDA endorsement.

Note: Hyperlinks to bibliography citations only work in the HTML documents and not in the PDF documents. PDF files require the Adobe Acrobat Reader.
